I realize that relying on my freezer meals means that we will be eating more meat, but I am sure the husband won't mind! Only a couple things are actually coming from the freezer this week because I feel great and love being in the kitchen. Except in the mornings. I really need to get my freezer restocked with breakfast items. Now if only I could teach the kid to get toast his own frozen waffle in the morning so I don't have to get out of bed...
