I hope all you moms out there had a wonderful Mother's Day yesterday. I certainly did as I spent the day with family and of course my two (and three-quarters) favorite men :)
Breakfasts
blueberry muffins, chocolate banana smoothie, fruit smoothies, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt
Dinners
barbecue chicken sandwiches (with semi-homemade barbecue sauce!)
pan seared flounder
black beans with quinoa
curried chickpeas over coconut rice (with naan if the husband is lucky!)
country style steak, garlic mashed potatoes
