Menu planning for this month, I'm getting ambitious again, pretty much consists of a piece of paper with several meals scribbled down, divided into different protein categories. And it is not complete. So I am scrambling to get something together because the next three days are going to be busy. So this meal plan could be good or it could get thrown completely out the window. Either way, hopefully it gives someone out there an idea. Besides, I told you meal planning wasn't an exact science...
Breakfasts
choice of muffins, eggs (scrambled or hard boiled), baked oatmeal, oatmeal, toast
Dinners
crab patties, quinoa, green beans
chili, roasted cabbage, cornbread
leftovers
fried rice
pizza
cheeseburger macaroni, sauteed carrots
curried chickpeas
