Breadsticks

I make pizza every week and always miss the breadsticks that you can buy at take-out pizza places. I don't know why it took me so long to make these - they are no harder than pizza and are tasty! I actually made these as our snack on Wednesday and thought they were so good dipped in marinara!

Step 1: Make your regular pizza dough (I promise to get a recipe up ASAP).

Step 2: Roll dough out into two "rectangular" pieces and place on baking pan.

Step 3: Score pieces (just cut slices but don't pull apart) and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Step 4: Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until bread is golden and cheese is melted.

 Now isn't that easy? :)

  1. I use a pizza cutter to score mine. After they rise and bake they pull right apart. :)
