Menu Plan

So it is not Monday. Shoot me. At least I am putting up my menu! It might serve as a sense of inspiration. Oh, and I am now starting my menu week with Sunday because that is the way my printed blank menu is...yes, I realize I could just make my own or print another one, but I like this one :)

Sunday - baked chicken, deviled eggs, green beans, whole wheat biscuits
Monday - Italian chicken over rice, wilted garlic spinach (chocolate pudding for dessert)
Tuesday - enchiladas, corn, roasted carrots (banana brownie ice cream for dessert)
Wednesday - chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, broccoli
Thursday - black eyed peas, corn bread, wilted spinach
Friday - pizza
Saturday - tuna noodley stuff, green beans


  1. You know what I like about this? You add all of the sides too! I often can tell you what the main meal is but struggle for what else to serve with it.

    I am encouraged to do what you are.

  2. Thank you! I know that if I do not pick my sides I run the risk of realizing when I am done with my main dish that I need something to go with it...usually a vegetable!
